How do I create an account?

On the top right corner of our Home Page, click on the figure icon in the middle. On the Log In Page, click on the "Create Account" button & fill out the credentials. When done, click the "Create button at the bottom.

I sent you an email, when will I get a response back?

If you sent us an email during office hours, you should expect a response within 1-2 business days.

Do you have gift cards?

Not yet. We do not offer digital gift cards at this moment.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Interac.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Expected delivery for in-stock items are 2 to 8 business days for all Canadian destinations (except remote locations).

Expected delivery for non-stock items are 4 to 12 weeks for all Canadian destinations subject to manufacturer's availability.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once we process your order.

What shipping options do I have?

All items are shipped by Canada Post. Other shipping options may be added in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipment for all destinations within Ontario. For locations outside of Ontario, the cost of shipping is determined by the weight and size of the package, and the shipping option (if any) you select. Shipping rate is subject to change by the shipping company.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship the orders to all locations within Canada only.

What do I do if my package is damaged when it arrives?

You should open the package immediately to see if content is damaged. If the item is damaged notify us immediately by email and attach a picture of the damaged item(s) inside the opened box(es).

ORDERS

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order, however we strongly recommend it, so we are able to keep track of your orders and provide you special offers when they become available.

Can I return or exchange?

Please read our Returns + Refunds Policy. We ask that you carefully read all product descriptions before ordering, to ensure the product matches what you are looking for.

Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to edit individual items in the order. If you need to make any changes, we would have to cancel the order completely and you have to resubmit a new one. If that is the case please reach out to us immediately at  info@stmichalstrove.ca within 12 hours after you place the order. We will try our best to honor the request before the order has been processed and fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address by logging in to your account, click “edit” in the Account Details box. Then click “edit” in the Saved Addresses box. Once your changes are made click “update”.

Or if you checkout as a “Guest” you can manually type in a new address.

My order received is incorrect, what should I do?

Our apologies for any inconvenience or issues you have with your order. Please reach out to us atinfo@stmichalstrove.ca immediately, detailing what the issue is. Please include your order number and any applicable photos, so we can correct the situation and resend your order in a timely manner.

I want to return my order; do you provide return shipping labels?

Yes, we provide a printable return shipping label. We will send a link with the printable return shipping label.

My order was returned back to you, when will I get my refund?

Should you request a refund for the return item(s), you will be refunded within 30 days after the item(s) is received by us. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return item(s). Please read the Returns & Refunds Policy on our website.

Are there international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

You only have to pay HST or GST or any provincial tax where applicable to your province.
