RETURNS + REFUNDS
As a customer of Saint Michael's Trove ("we", "us", "our"), unless the product is designated on our website as non-returnable, we are glad to replace your order if the item is damaged or and ship such item(s) back to us within 10 days (starting on the day you received delivery) (the "Return Period") and following the process set out below.
Should you request a refund for the return item(s), you will be refunded within 30 days after the item(s) is recovered by us. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return item(s).
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
In order for us to process a return for your purchase, you must send us an e-mail within the Return Period with a picture of the damaged or broken item once you received it. Please include your customer number, order number, and the item number on all correspondence with us.
If you return the item(s) and request for a refund within the Return Period, the refunded amount will either be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our website or transferred as a store discount to your online customer account with Saint Michael's Trove. In the event that we issue the refund to you as a store discount, please be aware that any unused balance of the store discount will expire in 6 months after it is issued to you. Refunds are generally processed within approximately 30 days of our receipt of your returns item(s).
The return or refund is not valid for merchandise which has been used or consumed. We request you to pack the damaged or broken item(s) in its original package and adhere the return label which we will send to you once your request for return and refund has been approved. We will advise you of the approximate pickup time period of the delivery company, so please ensure the package is ready for pickup during the scheduled time period. Should the return package not be available for pickup during the scheduled time period, we may, in our sole discretion, deduct the charge for the pickup(s) from the amount that we refund to you for the returned item(s), you will be charged for the subsequent pickup(s), or you will be responsible to send the package back to Saint Michael's Trove at your own expense and within the Return Period.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any request for refund that does not meet the Conditions for Return set out above and/or any damaged item(s) that are not shipped to us within the Return Period.
