SHIPPING

At Saint Michael’s Trove (“we”, “us”, “our”), we work hard to ensure your order is being shipped out as soon as it is processed so that you can enjoy your purchased items at the earliest possible date. While we will use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated parcel shipping times set out below, due to potential delays in postal services and/or as a result of any pandemic or other factors outside of our control, we are unable to guarantee any set delivery times. All delivery times are provided as estimates only. 

We shall not be liable for any delays or loss of your purchased items in transit. Title to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from us to you when your order leaves our custody. This transfer of title does not affect our Return Policy.

ESTIMATED PARCEL SHIPPING TIME WITHIN CANADA AND THE U.S.

    • Subject to any delays, expected delivery for in-stock items is 2 to 8 business days for all Canadian destinations (excluding remote locations) and 6 to 12 business days for all U.S. destinations (excluding remote locations)
    • Subject to any delays and products availability from manufacturers, expected delivery for non-stock items varies from approximate 4 to 12 weeks for all Canadian destinations and 6 to 14 weeks for all U.S. destinations.

STOCK LEVELS

With the exclusive product line that we offer, sometimes an item that is available on our website is on backorder at our store and/or warehouse. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that all of the products in your order can be shipped out the next business day.

In-stock item(s) will generally be shipped out the next business day after we receive your order.

For items on backorder, our customer care representative will contact you by email with updates regarding your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE

Orders will be handled and shipped by Canada Post or other recommended carriers selected by customers. Shipping charge will be calculated at check out before confirming purchase. Shipping for purchases over $100 Canadian in Canada and U.S.A are free. Our customer representative may contact you to confirm the final shipping charge prior to finalizing your order.

TIME SENSITIVE ORDER

Should you require your item(s) to arrive by a certain date, we ask that you contact us before placing your order. This will ensure we can prioritize your request and check stock levels before your order is placed.

Please also note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Depending on the availability of the item(s) in your order, we may, in our sole discretion, without liability or penalty, make partial shipments of your purchased items to you. Each shipment will constitute a separate sale and we will charge you for your purchased items as they are shipped. As a result, your credit card will be charged multiple times if you are receiving your order in two or more shipments.
